10 INSURANCE SERVICE Versicherungsservice Ab Zuschlag haben Sie für alle Fohlen auf unseren Auktionen Versicherungsschutz durch die LVM Versicherung. Für 2 % vom Zuschlagpreis erstreckt sich der Versicherungs- schutz bis zur Vollendung des 6. Lebensmonat der Fohlen mit folgenden Leistungen: · 80 % Entschädigung bei Tod oder Nottötung infolge Unfall · 80 % Entschädigung bei dauerhafter Unbrauchbarkeit infolge Unfall Vertragsgrundlage sind die AVP 2008. Mitversichert ist: Jeder Transport innerhalb der Versicherungszeit (Land-, Luft- und See-Transport) bis zum Käuferstall. Als Versicherungssumme gilt der Zuschlagspreis für Fohlen maximal jedoch EUR 25.000,-. Eine individuelle Höherversicherung ist möglich. Für weitere Fragen stehen wir Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung. Insurance-Service Immediately after knockdown, each foal in our auction will be insured by the “LVM Versicherung”. For 2 % of the knock down price the foals are insured untill they becom 6 month old, including the following: · 80 % indemnity for death or putting down in an emergency as the result of accident · 80 % indemnity for permanent unfitness for use as the result of accident The basis for this insurence contract is the German Insurance Law from 2008 (AVP). Insurance covers: Every transport within the term of the insurance (land, air and sea transport) until arrival at the buyer´s stables. The insurance value is the knock down price, however, for foals only up to a maximum of EUR 25.000,-. For further information please do not hesitate to contact us. Bei ausländischen Käufern und Neukunden erbitten wir zusätzlich eine schriftliche Bankbestätigung. Unser ESI-Service-Team ruft Sie während der Versteige- rung des betreffenden Fohlens rechtzeitig an. Der Kaufzettel wird zunächst im Auftrag für Sie unterzeichnet und nach der Auktion durch Sie gemäß Absprache bestätigt und unterschrieben.
